In terms of exports, Anhui Zhonghui Integrated Housing has undertaken an order for 7,851 Modular Houses from Russia, with a total value exceeding 200 million yuan. The first batch of 528 units has been shipped. The products feature green energy efficiency, foldable and spliceable properties, among others.
In terms of technological innovation, 17 enterprises in Changle, Weifang have had their products included in the Emergency Industrial Products Catalog, accounting for two-thirds of the city’s similar products. Local enterprises have launched foldable container-type Prefabricated Houses (which can be installed in 5 minutes), photovoltaic-storage integrated smart houses, etc., with the industry’s annual output value reaching 1.58 billion yuan.
In application scenarios, the emergency management department of Yizhang County built 26 mobile Prefabricated Houses in Zixing City within3 days, covering an area of 688.54 square meters, which can accommodate more than 200 disaster-stricken people. This highlights the high efficiency of such houses in emergency resettlement.
